Research
I am currently working with Paul Atzberger. Using techniques from calculus of variations, stochastic calculus, and numerical analysis we are developing new algorithms to approach biological problems. A current project is developing robust algorithms for the determination of biopolymer stiffness. See the Research tab for more info.
